The hearing protection plugs of the uvex whisper, whisper+ and whisper supreme series differ in their attenuation value.
With 23 dB of attenuation, the uvex whisper plugs are suitable for light applications, while the whisper+ and whisper supreme, with 27 and 30 dB respectively, can also be used for tough applications such as sport shooting or handling loud machinery.
The uvex whisper+ detec is also machine-detectable thanks to a built-in metal ball.
Optimal hygiene for long wearing times
Earplugs are mostly used in dirty work areas - but this can be dangerous because small dirt particles that stick to the surface can lead to injuries in the ear and thus also to infections.
That's why uvex whisper earplugs are particularly dirt-repellent compared to competitor products and can be washed with warm water and soap.
