Approved according to EN 166 (personal eye protection) as well as EN 170 (ultraviolet protection filter) for the clear lenses and EN 172 (sun protection filter for operational use) for the tinted lenses!
The extremely lightweight uvex sportstyle represents a new era of innovative work eyewear: this is where fashionable and ergonomic design, familiar from sports and cycling eyewear, meets optimum functionality and maximum protection.
The enormously low weight of these safety glasses is excellently complemented by the soft, adjustable nose pad and the likewise very soft, anti-slip temple ends!
Thanks to the proven uvex duo component technology, unpleasant pressure is avoided to guarantee comfortable working even over longer periods of wear.
The coatings explained
☑ anti-fog: anti-fog only
☑ supravision plus: fog-free on both sides for a long time, scratch-resistant and antistatic
☑ supravision excellence: permanently fog-free on the inside, extremely scratch-resistant and chemical-resistant on the outside, easy to clean
☑ supravision extreme: permanently anti-fog on the inside, scratch-resistant on the outside
☑ supravision sapphire: extremely scratch-resistant and chemical-resistant on both sides, easy to clean
☑ supravision variomatic: self-tinting, automatic darkening within 10 seconds and brightening after 30 seconds, otherwise identical to supravision excellence
☑ supravision clean: autoclavable and chemical-resistant, fog-free inside, extremely scratch-resistant outside
The tint makes the difference
☑ Clear / Transparent: ideal in work areas where colour perception should not be altered (e.g. for control and sorting work).
☑ Grey / Tinted: for outdoor use, as these lenses have strong anti-glare protection in contrast to clear glasses
☑ Orange / Yellow: these lenses enhance contrasts - ideal for work where maximum precision is required
☑ CBR65: enhances contrasts (C = Contrast), reduces harmful blue light (B = Blue Light Reduction) and guarantees more relaxed vision (R = Relax) with 65% transmission - perfect for monitor use
