Showa stands for balance
"Showa" Japanese and means "finding a balance between different elements".
This principle runs through all research, development and production stages of the glove manufacturer founded in 1954.
The Japanese company is completely autonomous and makes extensive innovations in product development.
For example, Showa invented the PVC glove as early as 1954 and has been the only manufacturer to produce 100% biodegradable disposable gloves for several years.
All Showa products are characterised by high-quality and skin-friendly materials as well as high durability.
Versatile, convenient and safe
Approved according to EU standards DIN EN 374-1 (protective gloves against hazardous chemicals and micro-organisms), type B; EN 374-5 as well as EN 388 (protective gloves against mechanical risks).
The tear-resistant and impermeable chemical protective glove Showa 772 is enormously flexible and robust - when handling hydrocarbons as well as oils and greases, it offers both protection and an excellent grip.
The material is only 0.5 mm thick (nitrile-dipped, cut cotton polyester fabric) and the roughened surface allows a good grip and enormous sensitivity in the finger area.
This means that unerring gripping of objects is no problem, even on damp or oily surfaces, which is why the Showa 772 is perfect for precision work such as engine machining and a wide variety of activities in the chemical industry!
The sewn and elastic cuff ensures a good fit and protection of the entire arm area, in addition to a full coating of the surface, the hand area has an additional coating.
The sewn knitted fabric ensures extreme durability, so that the glove is also perfectly suitable for e.g. fertiliser and sandblasting work.
