The CoolSAFE filter material stands for effective protection against fine dusts as well as solid and liquid particles. It combines high filtering performance with low breathing resistance and allows the user to work easily and without fatigue over longer periods of time. The mask is particularly suitable for safe work in working environments with high dust exposure.
It is available (please note product name & description) in three EN protection classes, which can be identified at a glance by clear colour coding (FFP1 = yellow, FFB2 = orange, FFB3 = red).

Elastic and continuous, the textile VarioFLEX headgear makes it easy to put on the Dräger X-plore 1900:
- Simply unfold the mask
- place it on the face
- fix the straps and
- press on the nose clip with the help of the visible marking.
Thanks to its stable shape, the mask is easy to put on and comfortable to wear. It fits perfectly and is tight without leaving a feeling of pressure. The compact folding design allows space-saving storage - whether in the material store or on the road for use. Each disposable mask is hygienically packed individually and thus protected from contamination.
Optimum fit
The dust mask is available in two sizes (S and M/L). Therefore it is suitable for many different faces and can be chosen to fit individually. The three-part folding design offers a high degree of flexibility in the fit and can be adjusted easily and well on the face. It also gives the mask a stable position. Even when speaking, the mask does not slip.
The flexible nose clip embedded in the filter material is combined with a soft sealing pad from the inside. This enables effective fixation and good sealing of the mask in the nose area. The VarioFLEX headgear is elastic and adapts individually to a wide range of head sizes.

Thanks to the latest high-performance filter media, the breathing resistance of the particle-filtering half mask is hardly noticeable. The optionally available model variants with CoolMAX exhalation valve further reduce breathing resistance and thus ensure even less heat and moisture development under the mask. The Dräger X-plore 1900 series is characterised by the SmartFOLD design with patented double reinforcement. This makes the mask very dimensionally stable and provides a pleasant feeling of space inside. In addition, the airflow is specifically deflected downwards during exhalation and reduces the perceived temperature under the mask.
During development, special attention was paid to ensuring that the respiratory protection is also very compatible with eye protection.
