The large numeric LCD display is designed without text and has a backlight that ensures good readability even in the dark. | TESTS FOR YOUR SAFETY! The international guidelines OSHA - ISEA, IEC 60079-29-2, DIN EN60079-29-2 and BGI 836 testing of gas detection and warning devices function tests and a known concentration of gas in certain specified intervals is required. These tests not only check whether the gas to be measured reaches the sensor through the dust and water filter, they also test whether it is correctly calibrated and the alarms are set correctly and working properly. The Pac series devices feature individually adjustable functional tests and calibration intervals. A warning symbol indicates when a funtional test or calibration is required. Depending on the application, the functional test and calibration may have to be carried out daily if the test was not completed successfully. If the test is not carried out or if it fails, the device can automatically display an error message to inform the user that the device is not operational. |
