Product description
The best design of a gas detection pump!
Gas measurements often have to be carried out under extreme conditions or with only one free hand (e.g. on ladders).
The Dräger gas detection set Accuro can be easily operated with one hand, even in inadequate locations, and has a facility for short-time detection of instantaneous concentrations.
Certification according to DIN 33882, explosion protection and various approvals (I M 1; II 1 G IIC T6; II 1 D; BVS 04 ATEX H 068) guarantee the highest quality.
Note: The device is only intended for use with Dräger short-time tubes.
(Use with MSA tubes is possible, but error-free function can then no longer be guaranteed).
Handy, reliable and proven a million times over!![](https://www.ace-technik.com/documents/products/FotoErwGross/103101b.jpg)
As this one-hand gas detector pump operates without electricity, there are no restrictions on its use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
(Exception in connection with Dräger-Tubes: Halogenated hydrocarbons 100/a, oxygen 5%/B, oxygen 5%/C, carbon disulphide 5/a, sulphuryl fluoride tests, sulphuryl fluoride 1/a, hydrogen 0.2%/a, hydrogen 0.5%/a).
The manual one-hand pump is characterised by its robustness, high accuracy, very low maintenance, quick usability and easy handling.
Together with the Dräger-Tubes it forms the perfect team.
How it works
When a sample is taken, the corresponding substances are enriched on a suitable carrier material (e.g. activated carbon or silica gel).
The Accuro then sucks the examined air over the carrier material at a defined "flow rate" and within a defined period of time, whereupon the substance can be examined in more detail in a laboratory with the aid of instrumental analysis.
The integrated bellows pump draws 100 ml into the device with each stroke when the pump is fully compressed.
After releasing the bellows, the suction process continues automatically - it is completed when the pump body is fully open again.
Fluctuations in the suction volume are effectively prevented; a counter protects the unit from accidental resets.
An indicator in the pump knob makes it possible to read off the end of a stroke process.
