A breathalyser with interchangeable sensor: In this set with extensive accessories
ACE has developed a class model which classifies breathalysers according to their measuring accuracy. We have placed the ACE AL7000 in class 3 because of its semiconductor sensor.
The ACE AL7000 is the low-priced predecessor of the test winner ACE II Basic plus.A replaceable sensor of the S-class is used for the measurement, which can be exchanged if necessary.The measurement accuracy corresponds to a tolerance of ± 0.10‰, and a flow sensor is also installed to determine the breathing volume.

No time to calibrate?
Breathalysers should be calibrated regularly (recommendation: every 6 to at the latest months or after 300 tests, whichever comes first).
Instead of calibration, you can also order a replacement sensor. Changing the sensor can be done quickly and easily by yourself. Simply order an additional or new sensor on our website.
Remove the old sensor from the unit as shown in the picture and then attach the new sensor.
Important notes
When the unit is delivered, the measuring unit per mil (‰ = g/L) is defined as standard. This value can be read 1:1 (you do not have to multiply it x2).
If necessary, please inform yourself about the current country-specific alcohol limits, which are available, for example, on the website of the Ministry of Transport or from automobile clubs.
This breathalyser is a high-quality and sensitive measuring device. To maintain the measuring accuracy of the electrochromic sensor, the device should be used regularly. If the device is not used for a long period of time, the sensor may dry out. We recommend to perform a breath test with the breathalyser at least 2x per month (even if you have not drunk any alcohol). In addition, you should have the breathalyser calibrated regularly, information on calibration can be found here.
Please note that the mouthpieces should not be used more than once - not even by one person. We are not liable for any damage or falsified measurement results that may result from the multiple use of a mouthpiece.
