Shipping Costs

We always ship worldwide! We work together with these shipping service providers.

	DHL parcel service (German Post) We use this parcel service for German customers for standard delivery times. The standard delivery time* is 2 working days. The goods are insured up to EUR 500.00.
	Postal parcel of the Austrian Post We use this parcel service for Austrian customers for standard delivery times. The standard delivery time* is 2 working days. The goods are insured up to EUR 500.00.
	UPS Express Saver For express deliveries within Germany, we use UPS as our parcel service. The standard delivery time* is 1 day. The goods are insured up to EUR 500.0.
	FedEx Economy For shipments outside Germany and Austria, we use FedEx as a reliable parcel service. The standard delivery time* is 2 days. The goods are insured up to EUR 500.00.
In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to change the parcel service provider without authorisation, namely if this is necessary for reasons of more optimal processing or if you as the customer benefit from this.

The shipping costs are made up as follows: Packaging material, packaging costs, dispatch handling and postage costs. These expenses are to be borne by the customer and are summarised in our shipping costs.

We charge a flat shipping fee per order (not per item).

*Note on the standard running time: For non-stock items (e.g. ordered goods directly from the manufacturer), the processing time from receipt of goods (arrival at ACE) to handover to the parcel service provider is two working days. If the goods are in stock (recognisable by the availability display), the processing time is two working days.

The following rates apply to express shipments:

International transport of dangerous goods: not possible

If you have to meet a very short delivery deadline, EXPRESS delivery from the supplier's site is possible in exceptional cases. Please ask our employees about the possible implementation and costs.

If you have a special request regarding the shipping / delivery address, please indicate this BEFORE placing your order or directly during the ordering process (in the "Messages" field). In this case, we will charge the actual shipping costs.

Freight forwarding:
The above-mentioned regulations do not apply to forwarding goods. If an order requires dispatch by a forwarding agent, we reserve the right to charge the forwarding costs retrospectively.

Switzerland and non-EU: Neither our articles nor our shipping prices include customs duties, shipping costs or fees that become due in the course of importation. Customs duties, shipping costs and fees levied by public or private service providers in the country of destination are not covered by the prices charged by us and shall be borne by the importing party.

This is a stock item. The item is usually dispatched within 2 working days. In a few cases it may happen that the stock level is not correct and the delivery date can therefore not be met.

This is an order item. The item is usually dispatched within 5 working days, as the supplier or manufacturer guarantees us a short delivery time. In a few cases, the delivery time may vary.

This is an order item. The item is usually dispatched within 10 working days, as the supplier or manufacturer guarantees us a short delivery time. In a few cases, the delivery time may vary.

This is an order item. The item is usually dispatched within 42 working days, as the supplier or manufacturer guarantees us a delivery time of around 6 weeks. In a few cases, the delivery time may vary.

On request
This is an order item that is not in stock at ACE. The expected delivery time must be requested from the supplier or manufacturer.

The delivery takes place:
- for payment by credit card, Paypal, instant bank transfer and prepayment => after receipt of payment has been posted to your ACE customer account
- for payment by cash on delivery and invoice => after receipt of your order
